Karl Ferdinand Braun (6 June 1850 – 20 April 1918) was a German inventor, physicist and Nobel laureate in physics. Braun contributed significantly to the development of the radio and television technology : he shared with Guglielmo Marconi the 1909 Nobel Prize in Physics.

Subject: Good job of documenting the history of the CRT.
Created in 1992 primarily to document the history of the Cathode Ray Tube it does a nice job of illustrating the basic concept of the CRT. Also includes a bit of television history showing the evolution of the CRT.
